Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD in Mooresville/Statesville/Troutman. DSPs assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support to help clients live independently.

We offer flexible schedules, weekly pay, paid onboarding & training, and opportunities for advancement. A $1,000 signing bonus is paid in installments. We value compassionate care, reliability, and teamwork.

Qualifikationen

• 18+ years old required.
• Valid driver’s license, current car insurance, reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass criminal, driving, and healthcare registry checks.
• Willingness to address personal care needs; lifting may be required.
