• Must meet health and safety requirements, including vaccination documentation and clearances.
• Background checks and facility-specific credentials must be current and valid.
• Experience in caregiving or related settings is preferred (IDD/ICF exposure helpful).

Responsibilities

• Support independence by guiding individuals toward personal goals and life skills.
• Follow Individual Support Plans and facility guidelines for consistent assistance.
• Encourage engagement in meaningful activities and community involvement.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care as needed.
• Observe mood, health, and needs; report changes to staff.
