Med Plus Staffing is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in IDD/ICF facilities in Western PA. The DSP helps people gain independence, follows care plans, and assists with daily routines to improve quality of life.

CNA experience is welcome; the role offers flexible schedules, ongoing training, and a commitment to compassionate care. We support healthcare professionals with strong local onboarding.

Formación

• Age 18+ required.
• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: 1+ year in related care roles.
• Health: TB test, physician clearance, and COVID-19 vaccination or exemption.
• Clearance: PA Child Abuse History Clearance.
• Background checks: ability to pass checks.
• Training: Fire Safety Training before first shift.
