Job summary

Ability Matters, LLC in Delaware County, Ohio, is seeking a Direct Support Professional to help individuals with autism and other neurological disabilities gain independence and confidence in real-world settings. The role offers full-time or part-time schedules and pay of $18–$20 per hour as you support community inclusion.

Work involves engaging in community activities, providing personalized support, and helping develop communication and life skills.

Qualifications

• Education: 2-year degree preferred, not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication, patience, teamwork, and problem-solving.
• Experience is helpful but not required; heart, attitude, and willingness to learn matter most.
