Job summary

Vista Care is seeking a Direct Support Professional ILS (DSP) Non-Exempt/Hourly to join the Operations, ILS team in Wisconsin. Under the direction of the ILS Manager, the DSP provides services per the individual's support plan, including ADLs, meal prep and daily living tasks.

Responsibilities include reading and following Vista Care policies and procedures, and supporting activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living as trained.

• Follow the Individual Living Service Plan to support ADLs and IADLs as trained.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment and assist with meals and daily activities.
• Read, write, and adhere to Vista Care policies and procedures.
