Vista Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) in Wisconsin. The DSP works under the Residential Shift Supervisor to implement care plans, support daily living activities, and ensure a safe environment for individuals served.

Responsibilities include documentation, medication administration, and promoting dignity and respect. Starting wage details show an average of $16.88–$17.50 per hour, with higher weekend rates of $22.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Experience in human services or related field preferred.
• Ability to read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with individuals.
• Assist with medication management and administration, as needed.
• Support individuals with meal planning, preparation and feeding.
• Escort individuals to appointments and accompany them on outings.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment and document care activities.
