Job summary

Vista Care is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) Non-Exempt/Hourly in Wisconsin. You will work under the Residential Shift Supervisor to support individuals in activities of daily living and maintain a safe, homelike environment.

The role requires reliable attendance, adherence to policies, and compassionate interaction. Pay starts at $9.00 per hour during sleep shifts and $15 per hour for non-sleep hours; includes benefits such as weekly pay and paid training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must successfully complete all certification and training requirements within 90 days of hire.
• Valid driver’s license and clear driving record (if position requires transport).
• Experience in human services, customer service, or a related field preferred.
• Clear background check in compliance with regulations.
• Ability to read/write and comprehend in English to facilitate documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks and activities of daily living.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment for individuals served.
• Complete charting, logs, and plans in a timely manner.
• Administer and verify medications according to policy.
