Job summary

Omega Home Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in daily living, behavior plans, meals, and chores. This part-time role supports clients on a 16-hour weekly schedule, with evening shifts from Tuesday to Friday.

Applicants must have a High School diploma, CMT/CNA, CPR and First Aid, and a valid driver's license. Work involves traveling on the road to client locations, with equal employment opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certified Medication Technician (CMT) is required.
• CNA certification is required.
• CPR & First Aid certification is required.
• Driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Create behavior plans and teach self-care skills to clients.
• Assist with meals, laundry, and household chores.
• Support daily personal tasks and accompany to appointments.
• Promote community integration and transportation as needed.

Additional duties may include: Assisting clients with daily personal tasks, including but not limited to cleaning, assisting with household chores, accompanying to appointments and community integration activities.
