TRUCARING INC. in Indiana seeks qualified CNA / DSP / Direct Care Staff to provide compassionate care to individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities in residential settings.

Full-Time and Part-Time positions with varied shifts (7a-5p, 8a-4p, 11a-7p, 4p-12a, 12a-8a) are available, offering a starting wage of $17.00 per hour. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, meal preparation, housekeeping, and medication support, under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Looking to make a difference in someone's life? We are looking for qualified CNA / DSP/ Direct Care Staff / Caretakers to provide services to people with intellectual/physical disabilities in residential settings. Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available.

We currently have 7a-5pm, 8a-4p, 11a-7p, 4p-12a and 12a-8a shifts available.

Job Description

Assisting individuals who can not do for themselves can be a very rewarding experience. We help individuals with disabilities with daily needs, meal preparation, housekeeping, taking medications. Our staff helps our individuals by providing direct support care and with other related duties as assigned by supervisor(s) and/or nursing staff.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.- Ability to follow directions, both written and oral, in English to perform duties.- Interest and concern for people with developmental disabilities, and possess sufficient patience and understanding to deal with their special needs.- Must attend scheduled in-service training and other training as required. One year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities is preferred. Must pass background check.' '
