What You’ll Do

• Provide Hands‑On Care: Assist individuals with daily activities such as personal care, meal prep, transportation, housekeeping, and laundry while fostering independence.
• Create a Safe & Welcoming Environment: Maintain a clean, safe space that supports comfort and personal goal attainment.
• Mentor & Guide: Offer supervision, positive reinforcement, and guidance so individuals can reach their aspirations.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Passion for Helping Others.
• Physical stamina to stay on your feet, walk, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Basic computer skills for tracking progress and documentation.
• Good communication skills—reading, writing, and documenting care, following support plans, and collaborating with team members.
