Job summary

Dungarvin in Fayetteville, NC is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver on a full-time basis. You will work directly with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, providing personal care, mentoring, and support to live as independently as possible.

Pay is $15.75/hour. Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k) with employer match after one year, PTO, paid training, and career growth opportunities. Must have a valid driver's license and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Successful background clearance is part of onboarding.
• Good communication is key in this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance to individuals served.
• Ensure comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we support.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as mobility, dressing, bathing, and personal hygiene.
