Job summary

Graceworks Enhanced Living is seeking Direct Support Professionals in Ohio to help residents with daily living, meals, transport, and medication support. Training is provided, no experience is necessary, and you will join a caring team that values fun and compassion.

We offer multiple shifts, including full-time and part-time roles. A valid Ohio driver's license and a pre-employment drug screen are required; background checks and training are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Ohio driver's license with fewer than 6 points.
• Willing to drive company vans (training provided).
• Must pass pre-hire drug screen including marijuana.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, transportation, medication assistance, and bathing.
• Engage residents in activities like bowling, movies, church, and volunteer events.
• Aim to promote independence and community involvement.

Position description:

• Direct Support Professionals are caregivers. No experience is necessary, training is provided.
• The ideal candidate is someone who is anaturally kind and compassionate person that would enjoy helping people and having fun with them.
• DSPs often take care of daily needs; cooking, cleaning, transportation, medication assistance, bathing etc. On occasion, they will take individuals bowling or to the movies, and often join individuals at church or volunteer events.

The goal is to help our residents feel and become as independent as possible while they live their daily lives.Be a companion; learn to be a caregiver for someone in your community!

Minimum Qualifications
