Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver in Indiana to provide hands-on support to individuals with disabilities, helping them live as independently as possible.

The full-time position offers hourly compensation of $15.00–$16.75, with benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and growth opportunities. Valid driver’s license and background check required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Successful background clearance is required as part of the onboarding/employment process.
• Good reading, writing, and communication skills to document care and follow support plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
• Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry duties.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as moving around, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, toileting, personal hygiene and more.
