Dungarvin is seeking a Direct Support Professional to work directly with individuals with developmental and physical disabilities. You will provide hands-on support to empower independence and dignity, in a schedule with multiple shifts.

Responsibilities include daily living assistance, safety oversight, and documenting care plans. We offer paid training, benefits, and opportunities for growth in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid United States driver’s license.
• Background clearance required as part of onboarding.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to document care and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, and guidance.
• Ensure safety and personal growth for individuals served.
• Assist with daily living activities (bed mobility, dressing, bathing, toileting, hygiene).
• Perform housekeeping and laundry duties.

The ultimate goal is to empower individuals with disabilities to live as independently and comfortably as possible while maintaining their dignity and respect.

• Provide hands‑on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
• Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as moving around, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, toileting, personal hygiene and more.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry duties.
