Job summary

Dungarvin Bristol is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide hands-on assistance to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, helping them live as independently as possible with dignity.

You will receive paid training, comprehensive benefits, and a clear path for growth. Full/Part-time schedules are available in Bristol and Burlington, with starting pay of $19 per hour and a $1,000 sign-on bonus for select locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.

• Assist with daily living tasks such as moving around, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, toileting, personal hygiene and more.

A Direct Support Professiona caregiver provides direct support, positive direction, instruction, and assistance to individuals with mental, intellectual & developmental, and physical disabilities. The ultimate goal is to empower individuals with disabilities to live as independently and comfortably as possible while maintaining their dignity and respect.

  • Some positions / locations may require own personal vehicle and auto-liability insurance based on the role
