Dungarvin in Texas is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide hands-on care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will assist with daily living tasks and help people live as independently as possible while preserving dignity. No experience?

We provide paid training. Starting pay is $10.50 per hour with full-time and part-time schedules. Strong communication, reliability and a compassionate, person-centered approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

A Direct Support Professional (DSP) caregiver provides direct support, positive direction, instruction, and assistance to individuals with mental, intellectual & developmental, and physical disabilities. The ultimate goal is to empower individuals with disabilities to live as independently and comfortably as possible while maintaining their dignity and respect.
