Job summary

Ameriwell Care seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one support to an adult with developmental disabilities in Stratford, NJ. This is a consistent 28-hour-per-week role designed to build trust and independence through daily living activities and community outings.

You'll work Thursday through Saturday with daytime hours, documenting shifts, and communicating professionally with the individual, family, and the Ameriwell Care team to ensure a stable, supportive home

Ameriwell Care is hiring a dependable, caring Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one support to an adult with developmental disabilities in Stratford, NJ.

This is a consistent 28-hour-per-week position supporting the same individual each week.

Schedule

• Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

• 28 hours per week

What You’ll Do

• Provide one-on-one support and companionship

• Assist with daily living activities and routines

• Support community outings and activities

• Help maintain a clean, comfortable, and organized home environment

• Encourage independence while providing assistance when needed

• Follow the individual's service plan and established routines

• Complete required shift documentation

• Communicate professionally with the individual, family, and Ameriwell Care team
