Friendship Community Care is hiring a Direct Support Professional in Russellville, AR for a part-time position. The role involves assisting clients with basic living skills, providing transportation, and maintaining documentation of client progress. A valid Arkansas driver’s license is mandatory.
This position offers weekend shifts with pay of $12.55 per hour. The ideal candidate will have at least a high school diploma or GED and experience with developmentally disabled individuals. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
Location: Russellville, AR 72802 (C/S – Russellville). Position Type: Part Time, Shift: Weekend. Schedule: Monday - Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Pay: $12.55 per hour.
The Direct Support Professional works on an interdisciplinary team that delivers superior quality of service and provides appropriate activities in a safe and healthy environment within the home and community setting.
Maintains confidentiality of all information received regarding Friendship Community Care, Inc. and the clients. Conditions of confidentiality comply with Friendship Community Care Non‑Disclosure Policy and HIPAA Policies.
Employees will also perform other related business duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor and other management as required.
