Job summary

ViaQuest Residential Services is seeking Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in home settings around Dayton, OH. The role includes paid training, full-time benefits, and flexible scheduling options. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided.

Interviews take place at our local office, and candidates should bring a valid driver’s license, documentation, and proof of education for the process.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• MVRC must meet ViaQuest's criteria.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Supervise, teach and assist individuals in daily living activities.
• Complete household tasks such as meal prep and maintaining a clean, safe living environment.

At ViaQuest Residential Services our DSPs provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities their homes. Training for this position is provided in its entirety sono experience is required.

Requirements for this position include:

• At least 18 years of age.

• Personal, reliable vehicle that you're willing and able to use to transport individuals served.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance.
• Motor Vehicle Record Must meet ViaQuest's Authorized Driver Criteria.
• Can push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs. and can climb, balance, kneel and crouch.
