BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is hiring Direct Support Professionals in Winston-Salem, NC to provide one-on-one care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them build confidence and independence in their own homes.

Compensation & Schedule

• Starting at $16.00/hr.
• Flexible scheduling with a variety of shifts and locations
• Short commute times—we aim to place you within 30 minutes of home

Qualifications for Our Direct Support Professionals (DSP):

• One or more years of experience working with intellectual and development disabilities (If you do not have this experience, training may be available through our apprentice program)
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. While we will complete education verification as part of the hiring process, providing a copy of your diploma, GED certificate, or certified/sealed transcripts can help prevent delays if records are difficult to obtain.
• 18 years of age or older
