Traditional Home Care is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Williamsport/Jersey Shore, PA. The role offers flexible shifts and a competitive pay range of $17.00–$22.00 per hour, with opportunities for full-time or part-time hours and weekly pay.

You will provide one-on-one non-medical support to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, following EVV requirements and maintaining a safe, respectful environment. Training provided and growth opportunities are available.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must Have Drivers License
• Prior experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Location: Williamsport, PA; Jersey Shore, PA

Pay Range: $17.00-$22.00 per hour

IMMEDIATE NEEDS: Full-Time, Part-Time, Weekdays, Weekends and Evenings

Traditional Home Care, A locally owned and operated Home Care Agency, is seeking reliable, experienced direct support professionals to provide one-on-one, non-medical support to our individuals diagnosed with intellectual, developmental disabilities, autism, mental health, behavioral diagnoses, etc.

Job duties include:

• Assist individuals with personal care services (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Companionship
• Appropriate communication/social skills
• Light housekeeping and chores
• Ensuring a safe environment and teaching basic safety skills
• Meeting individual goals and outcomes
• Promoting community involvement (outings, activities, errands, etc.)

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must Have Drivers License
• Prior experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Mobile Device & EVV Requirements:

This position is in compliance with the 21st Century Cures Act, which mandates Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) for home care / home health services. As part of this, you will be required to use a mobile device to log visits and track service hours. Candidates must be comfortable using smartphones or tablets if not provided and must have reliable internet access to meet these requirements.
