Job summary

Serenity, LLC is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide one-on-one support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities across New Jersey. Roles include assisting with daily living skills, transportation, personal care reminders, and documenting services.

Candidates need a HS diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Ability to pass required background checks and DDD screenings.
• Smartphone or computer access for documentation.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Experience supporting individuals with I/DD is preferred but not required. CPR and First Aid training will be provided if needed.

$21.50–$26.50 per hour
