Job summary

Serenity, LLC is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide one-on-one support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities across New Jersey. The role offers full-time, part-time, and per diem options with a pay range of $21.50–$26.50 per hour.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living skills, transportation, and documentation, while adhering to individualized service plans and goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Ability to pass required background checks and DDD screenings.
• Smartphone or computer access for documentation.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Experience supporting individuals with I/DD preferred but not required; CPR and First Aid training provided if needed.
