Beyond Home Health Care in New Jersey is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to help individuals with developmental disabilities achieve independence and participate in their communities. You will support daily living activities, health monitoring, and plan implementation under ISP directives.

The role offers flexible hours including full-time, part-time, and per diem options with a comprehensive benefits package where eligible.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications completed through approved providers.

Mansioni

• Assist with daily living activities including personal hygiene, meal prep, and mobility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and emotional support, and encourage social inclusion.
• Administer medication and monitor client health as per guidelines.
• Support clients with transportation to various appointments and community outings.
• Maintain accurate care documentation and follow behavioral support plans as required.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Prior experience with developmental disabilities (strongly preferred).
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Required training certifications such as CPR and First Aid to be completed through approved providers.
