Job summary

Beyond Home Health Care in New Jersey seeks a Direct Support Professional to empower clients with developmental disabilities and help them live more independently within their communities.

You will assist with daily living activities, implement ISPs, provide companionship, monitor health, and support transportation to appointments and outings while maintaining accurate care documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Experience with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• CPR and First Aid training completed through approved providers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility.
