Beyond Home Health Care in New Jersey seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support clients in achieving personal goals and independence.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medication and monitor client health as per guidelines.
• Support clients with transportation to various appointments and community outings.
• Maintain accurate care documentation and follow behavioral support plans as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Prior experience with developmental disabilities (strongly preferred).
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Required training certifications such as CPR and First Aid to be completed through approved providers.
