Job summary

Serenity, LLC is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide one-on-one support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. The role focuses on in-home and community-based 1:1 support with compassionate care.

Day, evening, and weekend shifts are available. Competitive pay ranges from $21.50 to $26.50 per hour, with full-time, part-time, and per diem options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Ability to pass required background checks and DDD screenings.
• Smartphone or computer access for documentation.
• Experience supporting individuals with I/DD is preferred but not required.
• CPR and First Aid training will be provided if needed.

• Teach daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, budgeting, and shopping.
• Assist with personal care and medication reminders as authorized.
• Provide safe transportation.
• Follow individualized service plans and person-centered goals.
