Job summary

Serenity, LLC is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide one-on-one in-home and community support for adults with I/DD in New Jersey. The role offers full-time, part-time, and per diem options with a pay range of $21.50–$26.50 per hour.

You will support daily living activities, transportation, and community engagement while following person-centered plans and maintaining accurate documentation. Training and growth opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver7s license and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Ability to pass required background checks and DDD screenings.
• Smartphone or computer access for documentation.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Experience supporting individuals with I/DD is preferred but not required. CPR and First Aid training will be provided if needed.

Serenity is hiring compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals to provide one-on-one support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities.
