Job summary

Serenity, LLC is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide one-on-one support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities across New Jersey. The DSP role offers 1:1 in-home and community support with Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem options, at a pay rate of $21.50-$26.50 per hour.

Responsibilities include assisting with community activities, teaching daily living skills, personal care and medication reminders, safe transportation, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
• Ability to pass required background checks and DDD screenings.
• Smartphone or computer access for documentation.
• Experience with I/DD preferred but not required; CPR/First Aid training provided if needed.
