Job summary

ViaQuest Residential Services is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) in the Cleveland, Ohio area and surrounding communities. Training is provided in full, so no prior experience is required.

As a DSP you will support individuals with developmental disabilities in facilities and homes, promoting independence and safety. Responsibilities include direct care, supervision, and assistance with daily living activities such as meal prep and maintaining a safe living environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

Requirements for this position include (What You'll Need):

Must be at least 18 years old

High School Diploma or GED

• Valid Driver's License
  • Motor Vehicle Record must specific requirements including (but not limited to):
    • No OVI/DUI's, reckless operations, or speeding violations more than 20 MPH over posted limit
    • No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years or more than 5 points
• Reliable vehicle with active insurance
• Ability to lift, push, or carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, balance, and assist individuals as needed
