ViaQuest is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) in Cleveland and surrounding areas. The role offers an hourly wage of $17.50–$18.50 with comprehensive training provided, so no prior experience is required.

Duties include direct care, supervising and assisting individuals with developmental disabilities, and maintaining a safe, clean living environment. We offer paid training (CPR, First Aid, Medication Administration), a benefits package for full-time employees, paid time off, annual pay

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License with minimal MV violations.
• Reliable vehicle with active insurance.
• Ability to lift, push, or carry up to 50 pounds.

Requirements for this position include (What You'll Need):

Must be at least 18 years old

High School Diploma or GED

• Valid Driver's License
  • Motor Vehicle Record must specific requirements including (but not limited to):
    • No OVI/DUI's, reckless operations, or speeding violations more than 20 MPH over posted limit
    • No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years or more than 5 points
• Reliable vehicle with active insurance
• Ability to lift, push, or carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, balance, and assist individuals as needed
