Job summary

Integrity Home Care in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to deliver compassionate in-home support. This part-time role features evening and weekend shifts with a flexible schedule and a supportive team environment.

You will assist with incontinence care, bathing, dressing, grooming, and companionship, and may provide Alzheimer's and dementia care. A CNA or HHA certification, CPR, a valid driver\'s license, and reliable transportation are required, with caregiving

• TB test within last 12 months preferred.
• 2+ years caregiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Compensation

• Competitive Pay: $16-$20 per hour
• Work Schedule: Part-Time
• Available Schedules: Fri 6pm-10pm, Every other Sat 7am-2pm, Every Sat 2pm-10pm, and Sun 2pm-10pm
