Job summary

Serenity, LLC in New Jersey is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to provide one-on-one in-home and community support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living skills, accompanying clients to activities, and maintaining safety and documentation.

Requirements: high school diploma or GED, 18+, valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 18 years old or older.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Ability to pass background checks and DDD screenings.
• Smartphone or computer access for documentation.
• Experience supporting individuals with I/DD is preferred but not required.
• CPR and First Aid training provided if needed.

$21.50-$26.50 per hour
