Job summary

Mains’l Services is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to support individuals to live full, meaningful lives in home and community settings.

The role offers $21.50 per hour with part-time schedules; duties include person-centered supports, transportation assistance, daily living tasks, skill-building, documentation, and companionship. Applicants should be 18+, hold a valid US driver’s license with reliable insured transportation, pass a DHS background check, and CNA license is preferred.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Valid US driver’s license with reliable transportation and insurance.
• Ability to pass a DHS background check.
• CNA License Preferred (optional)

Responsibilities

• Provide Person Centered Supports tailored to the individual needs (Activities of Daily Living, behavioral supports, coaching and skill-building).
• Assist with transportation to various activities and medical appointments.
• Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming living environments (including laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation).
• Teach valuable skills—from financial management to communication.
• Be a source of companionship, guidance, and advocacy.
• Accurately document care and daily activities.

  • Wk 1: Wed-Sat 3-9pm, Wk 2: Sun-Tue 3-9pm
  • Wk 1: Fri 2pm-10pm, Sat 3-10pm, Wk 2: Sun 7am-2pm, Mon 2pm-10pm
  • Wk 1: Fri 7am-2pm, Sat 8am-3pm, Wk 2: Sun 8am-3pm, Mon 7am-2pm
