Job summary

Avancer Homes LLC is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to support residents at Persimmon CILA home in Genoa, IL. The role is full-time or part-time with starting pay up to $16.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience.

DSPs provide personal assistance to individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities and work with a team to promote independence and daily living skills. Qualifications include DSP certification or ability to obtain it via paid training, being at least 18 years
