Job summary

A community support organization in Youngstown is looking for Direct Support Professionals to help individuals with developmental disabilities. No prior experience is required as paid training will be provided. Responsibilities include providing personal care and support, supervising daily activities, and assisting with household tasks. Requirements for this position include:

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Personal, reliable vehicle that you're willing and able to use to transport individuals served.
• Valid OH driver's license and car insurance.
• Motor Vehicle Record Must meet ViaQuest's Authorized Driver Criteria
• Can push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs, and can climb, balance, kneel and crouch.
