ViaQuest is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) in Bucyrus, OH. The role offers paid training, an opportunity to start a healthcare career, and a supportive team. Expected shifts start Mondays, with hours from 11am to 4pm, at the local office.

Paid training in CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration is provided. A full benefits package is available for full-time staff, plus PTO, annual raises, and a variety of schedules.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

At ViaQuest, our DSPs provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. Training for this position is provided in its entirety so no experience is required!

• Completing various household tasks including meal preparation and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.

Requirements for this position include:

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's Ohio license and car insurance.
• Motor Vehicle Record Must meet ViaQuest's Authorized Driver Criteria
  • No OVI/DUI's, reckless operations, or speeding violations more than 20 MPH over posted limit
  • No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years or more than 5 points
• Can push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs. and can climb, balance, kneel and crouch.
