Job summary

AbleLight is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live independently, achieve personal goals, and enjoy fulfilling lives. You will build meaningful relationships, encourage independence, and participate in daily living activities within home and community settings.

Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour. Join a mission-driven team that values caring, mentorship, and advocacy as you make a lasting impact every day.

Qualifications
