Job summary

Wildwood Programs in Clifton Park, NY, is seeking a Direct Support Professional for Day Services in Halfmoon. You will support individuals in a Dayhab setting, promoting independence and self-esteem through structured activities at the site and in the community.

Responsibilities include engaging with participants in a positive manner, coordinating activities, and complying with program schedules. Requires a NYS driver's license and ability to drive; Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.

Pay Range: $19.45-$25.05/hr based on verifiable direct care experience

This pay range reflects 20 + years of experience/education

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent


• A valid NYS license and clean driving record.


• Computer Skills: able to use email; google suite; database systems

We are looking for a direct support professional to help promote independence and self-esteem to persons with disabilities in a Dayhab program site and community based setting.

Summary

Our Day Services program provides individuals the opportunity to participate in a variety of group activities throughout the day at a site or in the community.

Days & Hours

• Monday-Friday


• 8:00 AM to 4:00PM

Qualifications: Other Requirements

• A valid NYS driver's license and ability to drive and driving record acceptable for agency insurance coverage are required.


• Daily access to a vehicle.


• Ability to pass SCIP/CPR


• Ability to be Med Certified


• Ability to Lift 50 lbs
