Job summary

Wildwood Programs is seeking a Direct Support Professional for Day Services in Schenectady. The DSP will promote independence through structured life-skills training and community outings, working Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid NYS driver’s license with a clean driving record, and basic computer skills (email, Google Suite, databases). Applicants should be energetic, compassionate, and enjoy site and community-based work.

Pay Range: $19.45-$25.05/hr plus an Elite Benefit package!

Schedule: Monday - Friday - 8AM to 4PM

A Day Services DSP builds independence and community inclusion for individuals with developmental disabilities through structured life-skills training and community outings.
