Qualifications

• 18+ years old with HS diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the DSP role.

Responsibilities

• Greet participants each morning and set a positive tone for the day.
• Assist with personal care routines as needed and participate in daily activities.
• Engage participants in music therapy, arts and crafts, cooking lessons, and community outings.
