Job summary

Harc, Inc. is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to help individuals build skills, gain independence, and work toward meaningful goals. This role emphasizes hands-on, structured support in Day & Employment Services with comprehensive training included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old, HS diploma or GED, valid driving record, and background check completed.

• Provide support in both center-based and community settings, promoting independence and confidence.
• Help individuals explore their interests and strengths to support personal and employment goals.

• Document daily progress and services to ensure accurate tracking and program success.
