You’ll be part of a compassionate team, with paid training, flexible shifts including weekends, and opportunities to grow within the organization. No experience required; caring heart and reliability are key.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with developmental disabilities in homes and communities.
• Assist with daily living tasks and skill-building.
• Provide transportation for appointments and outings.
• Document progress and coordinate with families and staff.
• Follow Individual Support Plans and participate in team meetings.
