Responsibilities

• Help developmentally disabled clients in homes and communities.
• Provide transportation to appointments and shopping.
• Teach independent living skills like cooking, cleaning and budgeting.
• Write notes about client progress and achievements.
• Communicate progress with clients, families, and staff.
• Attend ISP meetings and training sessions.
