No experience is required; paid training is provided. You’ll help with daily living skills, transportation, and personal care, while following ISP plans and collaborating with a supportive team. A caring heart and reliability are key.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license if applicable.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with developmental disabilities in homes and communities.
• Provide transportation for appointments, shopping, and outings.
• Teach independent living skills such as cooking, cleaning, and money management.
• Assist with daily living needs including personal care and hygiene.
• Document progress and follow each Individual Support Plan (ISP).
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
