PALS OHIO, LLC. is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team in Ohio. You will supervise and assist individuals with developmental disabilities, helping with daily living activities and providing safe transportation.

You will also document care and services provided, acting as a friend and mentor to our individuals. Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, a valid OH driver’s license, successful DOT medical clearance, and a background check.

Qualifications

• Requires strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must pass DOT physical.
• Current Ohio Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Criminal background verification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Individuals with developmental disabilities in daily living activities.
• Provide safe transportation to and from activities and appointments.
• Document care and services accurately and timely.
