Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s licence for at least 1 year with a good driving record.
• Minimum 18 years of age; successful background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide training, assistance and supervision in living skills, therapeutic recreation and other support in residential and community settings.
• Assist with daily activities such as meals, personal hygiene, shopping, cleaning and medication administration.
• Support employer engagement and community involvement by escorting individuals to outings or providing transportation for work and activities.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to support therapeutic and behavioral plans.
