Job summary

Sevita (NeuroRestorative) is seeking caregivers to support individuals with brain, spinal cord and medically complex needs in residential and community settings. Evening and overnight shifts, weekend work required; paid DSP/CRMA certification training provided.

Base wage is $18.75/hour; more with direct care experience or certifications. Responsibilities include daily living support, transportation, and collaboration with clinical staff to implement care plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six months to one year of experience in human services.
• Valid Driver's License from state of residence for at least 1 year.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Background checks must be cleared.
• Caring attitude and dedication to helping others.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Reliable, responsible attitude and compassionate approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide training, assistance and supervision to individuals receiving care in living skills and other activities in residential and community settings.
• Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, shopping, cleaning, and medication administration.
• Facilitate relationships between employers and individuals served and support community involvement by accompanying them on outings or providing transportation.
• Work closely with clinical staff to support therapeutic and behavioral plans.
