Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals served.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in achieving personal goals and participating in community activities.
• Teach independent living and daily living skills ( grooming, personal care, etc.).
• Plan and participate in social activities and outings with residents.
• Assist with household tasks (cleaning, meals, shopping, etc.).
