Responsibilities

• Seek out opportunities for community/social integration
• Help consumers plan and prepare their choices of fun events and outings
• Assist with self care – dressing, bathing or showering, brushing teeth, toileting, shaving
• Medication administration
• Meal preparation and planning
• Transportation of consumers
• Follow individual service plans
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 18 years of age
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform required physical tasks
• Basic English communication skills
• Basic reading, writing, and internet navigation skills
• Flexible scheduling around availability, with every other weekend off
